Survivor Gabon – Earth’s Last Eden Castaways

Survivor: Gabon began filming in late June, and will premiere on September 25, 2008 at 8:00 PM ET / 7:00 CT. It will mark the second season of the series to be filmed in Africa, after Survivor: Africa was filmed seven years prior in Kenya. Reports from Gabon indicate the show was filmed around the coastal towns of Nyonie and Ekwata in the Wonga-Wongue Presidential Reserve.

Host Jeff Probst mentioned that preproduction of the series was plagued by shipment delays, a crane toppling over and undesirable wild animals encroaching into the production area.

This season, Exile Island has been renamed as simply, ‘Exile’. Players sent to Exile will have a choice of receiving a clue to the location of a Hidden Immunity Idol or an “‘instant comfort’ — a nice thing to sleep on, some food, some fruit,” according to Probst.

Ace Gordon – Jewelry Sales, Robert “Bob” Crowley – Physics Teacher, Charlie Herschel – Lawyer
Corinne Kaplan – Pharmaceutical Sales, Jacque Berg – Medical Sales, Jessica “Sugar” Kiper – Pin-Up Model
Kelly Czarnecki – Retail Sales, Marcus Lehman – Doctor, Paloma Soto-Castillo – Student

Crystal Cox – Former Olympic Athlete, Dan Kay – Lawyer, Danny “GC” Brown – Maintenance Man
Gillian Larson – Retired Nurse, Ken Hoang – Professional Gamer, Matty Whitmore – Professional Trainer
Michelle Chase – Music Producer, Randy Bailey – Wedding Videographer, Susie Smith – Hairdresser

(Notes from the blogger: The tribe members are set based on what spoiler websites introduced them as. There are still no clear information of what the tribes’ names are & their respective members. The only clear info I read is that, as most survivor series do, it’s a school yard pick.)

  1. Your site is pretty cool to me and your topics are very relevant. I was browsing around and came across something you might find interesting. I was guilty of 3 of them with my sites. “99% of site managers are guilty of these 5 errors”. http://bit.ly/uEMWS2 You will be suprised how simple they are to fix.
